1. Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive early, you will be asked to wait until your appointment window begins.
  • Have your Purdue ID ready; a volunteer will assist you with our quick check-in process.

2. Shopping & Point Limits

  • To ensure food is available for everyone, we use a point system: 15 points for individuals and 20 points for families.
  • Please observe the posted limits on high-demand items like bread, fresh produce, eggs, and meat.

3. Check-Out & Walk-Ins

  • Bring your basket to the check-out station when finished. A volunteer will verify your items. If your basket exceeds the point limit, you will need to return some items.
  • Walk-ins are accommodated only when possible, but availability is never guaranteed.
  • Please be patient: our volunteers are here to help connect you with resources as efficiently as possible!
